Guidelines for Guest Speakers

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a good standing IDA member
  • Must be a registered delegate for the conference
  • The speaker's area of expertise must align closely with the theme and objectives of the conference
  • Preference given to individuals with prior experience (Certificate of at least two previous presentations required)
  • Must confirm availability and be willing to adjust to session format

Presentation Guidelines

PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 16:9 format

20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A

Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled time

Videos must be embedded within presentation

Bring backup presentation on pen drive

Test sound and microphone adjustments beforehand

Important Notes

  • Last date for speaker registration: 30th July 2025
  • Limited guest speaker slots available (First-come, first-served basis)
  • Organizing committee reserves the right to approve/decline nominations
  • Contact Scientific Chairman and Co-Chairman for clarifications
